Wilkinson's works are influenced by science fiction and the natural world, and explore her curiosity in the mysteries that lie beyond our senses. Man is surrounded by spaces which can not be seen or felt, locked in a cube, traveling within the universe. This series is a reflection of that journey. 

Wilkinson's works are created using the inherently three dimensional medium of quilting, using stitch to amplify the textures of space.
