On Friday, February 1, 2013 Gallery 72 reopened its doors to the public. With an estimated attendance of over 400, Gallery 72 hosted the grand opening reception for the gallery as well as the Mary Zicafoose exhibition Tapestries, Carpets and Prints. Staff enjoyed meeting and greeting guests as well as developing and rekindling relationships and discussing the future of the gallery. The future will bring a new brand of exhibitions to the Omaha area, including exhibitions by Deborah Masuoka, a Carol Summers 60 Year Retrospective, juried exhibitions, and national print shows.
Thank you to all who attended and for the support of the community. We look forward to the future of Gallery 72 and the development of the arts community on Vinton Street.
